This book contains a collection of unique recipes for preparing a delicious turkey to suit any taste and occasion. Such as cajun, maple roast, cinnamon, apple cider, herbs even malt beer to name a few. Most of the recipes are for oven roasted, there is 1 grilled recipe. These recipes were hand selected by me and my family.

Top Turkey Recipes edition by Amy Cooks Cookbooks Food Wine eBooks
Amy Cooks, author of Top Turkey Recipes provides us with ten recipes for roasted turkey in various guises. Turkey is always a favorite at my house; I often buy a couple of extras during the fall holiday season so that I'll have one on hand when the mood strikes later in the year, as one of my daughters could easily live on turkey and chocolate fudge. I'm always looking for new ideas, so I was very disappointed to notice that the recipes given were often missing ingredients listed as required in the directions or called for ingredients for which no directions were given. Noticing also that one recipe in particular was extremely unusual, I went looking for it. Yes, these are "top" recipes alright - and straight from some of the internet's top food websites. Let me be specific:The Cajun Spiced Turkey recipe is identical to the recipe for Cajun-Spiced Turkey on the Bon Appétit website. Amy Cooks does, however, omit the recipe for the required Cajun Spice Mix included in the original at Bon Appétit.
Tandoori Turkey is also straight from the Bon Appétit site, as is Cider Cinnamon Turkey, listed as Cider-Brined Turkey with Star Anise & Cinnamon at Bon Appétit. Butterflied Turkey with Special Stuffing will be found as Butterflied Turkey with Fennel, Sausage and Ricotta Stuffing in the pages of Bon Appétit, while Malt Beer Turkey, found on the Bon Appétit site as Malt-Beer-Brined Turkey with Malt Glaze. In this recipe Amy's version of the recipe calls for 4 cups of water in the ingredients list and 4 quarts of water in the directions. Which one is correct? See the original at Bon Appétit.
Maple Roasted Turkey and Rosemary Roasted Turkey are both from Allrecipes. The most problematic, however, is the recipe for Herb Roasted Turkey, found at Epicurious under the same name, clearly and prominently labeled as a recipe from Bobby Flay's Bar Americain Cookbook: Celebrate America's Great Flavors.
Really now, Amy. If you're going to copy and paste you'll have to do better than this.
Two thumbs and a couple spare down! Absolutely not recommended.
